From March 16 to 18, 2027, XPONENTIAL Europe will once again bring the international community for autonomous systems together in Düsseldorf. As Europe’s leading trade fair for uncrewed systems, robotics and autonomous technologies, it offers the ideal platform to present innovations, applications and operational capabilities to an international trade audience.

A special highlight of the event are the UAV DACH Live Demonstrations. This format, unique in Europe, does more than showcase individual systems or prototypes. It presents real-world operations under practical conditions. Operators, manufacturers, system integrators and technology providers demonstrate different use cases in parallel, showing how autonomous systems work together in coordinated operations.

The Live Demonstrations combine simultaneous operations in the air, on the ground and on the water. Several use cases can be demonstrated in parallel and continuously monitored by the UTM service.

For participating companies, this creates a valuable opportunity to present their technologies and operational concepts live to decision-makers from industry, public authorities and research institutions as well as to media representatives and potential customers. It is a chance to actively help shape the future of autonomous systems.

Precision agriculture as well as environmental and climate monitoring. The Live Demonstrations show how autonomous systems can support agriculture, resource management and environmental observation.
Submit your use case

Become Part of the Live Demonstrations in three steps

The number of Live Demonstration slots is limited. Submit your expression of interest with key information about your use case and autonomous system. Early submissions will receive priority during the planning process.

The demonstrations are prepared from both a technical and organisational perspective in accordance with a Safety Manual. UAV DACH organises the required geo-zone approvals. Operators remain responsible for obtaining their individual operational permits.

Please send information regarding the contact person, the use case and the unmanned system being demonstrated (including key performance data and operational requirements) via E-Mail.

Finalize the concept

Once we receive your application, we will review your project and work with you to coordinate the technical and organizational aspects of the demonstration.

Demonstrate live

Showcase your technology at the UAV DACH Live Demonstration to an international audience of industry professionals, media representatives
and decision-makers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – UAV DACH Live Demonstrations

Does submitting a proposal guarantee that it will be accepted?

No. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee its acceptance. The flight program is curated and Messe Düsseldorf and UAV DACH reserve the right to select entries based on relevance, program fit, quality and technical suitability.

Can I still submit an expression of interest?

Yes. Expressions of interest can still be submitted while places are available. Early submissions will receive priority during the planning process. Please send information regarding the contact person, the use case, and the unmanned system being demonstrated (including key performance data and operational requirements) via E-Mail to xpe.livedemo@uavdach.org.

When can I start booking fixed slots?

Binding reservations will be accepted starting in the fall of 2026.
