Experience the Live Demonstrations at XPONENTIAL Europe
Autonomy in action – visible, tangible, real.
From 24–26 March 2026, XPONENTIAL Europe in Düsseldorf puts one thing centre stage: movement, energy, excitement.
Leading companies and innovative teams showcase their autonomous systems in real-world operation – on the exhibition grounds, over the River Rhine and powered by a private 5G campus network by Vodafone as the technological backbone. Whether flying, driving or sailing, the Live Demonstrations make technological maturity directly observable – right in front of decision-makers, media and visitors.
Discover how sensors, AI, software and platforms work as one: from teleoperated shuttles and UAS flight missions to maritime autonomy and cybersecurity live hacking.
These Live Demonstrations await you and are planned at XPONENTIAL Europe 2026
Beyond Line-of-sight in practice: BVLOS demo flights
In cooperation with UAV DACH and Droniq, Beyond Visual Line of Sight demos with selected exhibitors are being prepared and presented.
Specific location, further details and time windows will be announced as soon as possible and added here and in the program.
Maritime autonomy up close
Boarding at the jetty in the hotel area near the fairground, alongside the AISS Conference
The Development Centre for Ship Technology and Transport Systems (DST) brings “NOVA” to the River Rhine. At the jetty in the hotel area, visitors can observe maritime autonomy, navigation and manoeuvres from close range.
Further details will be added here and in the program.
Cyber in Focus: Live Hacking of Autonomous and Unmanned Systems
At the Innovation Theater in Hall 1 (1A55), cybersecurity experts will demonstrate real-world attack scenarios targeting autonomous and unmanned systems in a live session. The focus will be on security aspects related to radio frequency communication, telemetry, control systems and connected components. Using practical examples, potential vulnerabilities will be identified and effective protection measures explained.
Further details will be available soon.
Teleoperation up close: shuttles by MIRA
Live teleoperation in real-world operation – control centre, manoeuvres and secure remote driving on the exhibition grounds.
On the Düsseldorf exhibition grounds, Rheinmetall subsidiary MIRA operates teleoperated shuttles live, making the interaction between control centre and vehicle tangible. Visitors can watch precise manoeuvres and secure remote driving in real time.
Exact time slots will follow and will be added here and in the program.
Precision in the air: Quantum-Systems over the Rhine
Start, mission and recovery over water – UAS flights right next to the venue on the River Rhine.
Quantum-Systems demonstrates high-precision UAS missions over the River Rhine close to the venue, showcasing start, mission execution and recovery over water. The demo highlights how sensors, software and mission planning work together in practice.
Flight windows will follow and will be added here and in the program.
