The submission of an entry is no guarantee of its acceptance. Messe Düsseldorf/AUVSI reserves the right to select relevant presentations with the support of an expert review committee.

Which topics can I submit a presentation for?
Submissions must address one of the eight conference tracks: Technical Research & Platform Development (incl. CCAM and automated driving), Defense & National Security, Civil Protection & Emergency Response, Enabling Technologies & Operations (incl. V2X and connected vehicle infrastructure), Strategic Enablers: Policy, Regulations & Strategic Investment (incl. CCAM Partnership and UNECE WP.29), Implementation for End Users (incl. automotive autonomy and CCAM deployment), Emerging Technologies & AI Ethics, or Ocean & Maritime Autonomy.
Is submitting a proposal a guarantee of acceptance?
The submission of a proposal does not guarantee its acceptance. Messe Düsseldorf and AUVSI reserve the right to select presentations with the support of an expert review committee based on relevance, quality and fit with the program.
Can I use my presentation for product or service advertising?
No. All submissions must be expert presentations. They may not be used to advertise products or services.
What language should my presentation be in?
All presentations are delivered in English.
