Today the call for presentations for conference contributions to XPONENTIAL Europe 2025, Europe’s leading international trade show for uncrewed systems, autonomous mobility and robotics has been launched. Through to 9 September interested parties from industry, science and business can submit their abstracts to the XPONENTIAL Europe website and with their ideas actively shape the conference agenda over all three event days:
Call for Presentations
XPONENTIAL Europe is a new event by Messe Düsseldorf bringing together all those aiming to decisively drive the development of uncrewed systems and the associated regulatory aspects at Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from 18 to 20 February 2025. Represented here will be companies along the entire value chain – from OEMs to start-ups producing autonomous systems, composite materials or technical components – so as to move the world of tomorrow. XPONENTIAL Europe will be accompanied by a comprehensive line-up of side events comprising the “Conference Programme”, “European Drone Forum”, “DRONERESPONDERS European Public Safety and Emergency Forum”, “XPO+ Launcher Start-Up Ecosystem”, the stage interventions at the “Innovation Theater” as well as live demonstrations of autonomous technologies flagging up the versatile applications possible in future.
The submitted abstracts must tie in with the XPONENTIAL Europe Conference themes:
- Technical research & platform development
- Components & materials
- Implementation for end users
- Policy & regulations
- Supporting infrastructure & operation
- National security
The conference programme at XPONENTIAL Europe will reflect the state of the art in the development of uncrewed systems at the Forum, amidst the exhibition activities in Hall 1. Lectures and speakers are selected with a view to assisting participants find their way in a constantly changing regulatory environment as well as in the face of technological progress and obstacles to integration. The sessions are designed for the areas air, land, water and airspace in order to cover a wide spectrum of occupational fields, experience levels and market segments. Each contribution will be characterised by the expertise and vision of experts in the field of uncrewed systems and robotics. The conference language is English.

In addition to the leading international industry association AUVSI, Europe’s most important professional association for uncrewed aviation, UAV DACH, will also partner with XPONENTIAL Europe contributing its longstanding expertise to both the trade show and conference.
EUROPEAN DRONE FORUM as a kick-off
On the eve of XPONENTIAL Europe high-level representatives of the European drone sector will already gather in Düsseldorf to kick off the 2-day EUROPEAN DRONE FORUM (17 – 18 February 2025). Representatives from national and European regulatory authorities will also leverage the leading expert conference for uncrewed aviation in Europe for a direct exchange with the UAS industry. The EUROPEAN DRONE FORUM (www.eudroneforum.org) will be organised by the professional association UAV DACH – Unmanned Aviation Association and be a regular feature at XPONENTIAL Europe in Düsseldorf from 2025.
XPO+ Launcher Start-Up Ecosystem
The XPO+ Launcher also offers conference talks for technology experts. Specifically geared to the young sector of autonomous start-ups, XPO+ Launcher is a global scouting and screening platform that paves the way for innovators to enter the XPO+ eco system. Alongside live demos and an Award Pitch there will be a networking Lounge, where innovative autonomous technologies will be presented.
DRONERESPONDERS European Public Safety and Emergency Forum for drone deployment in disaster relief
In emergencies and incidents drone responders, worldwide uncrewed aviation systems (UAS), can be seen rising into the sky. This Forum is a non-profit programme that brings together these new air rescuers, emergency managers and search and rescue specialists to learn, train and test together. The aim is to maximise drone deployments for public safety. The programme is headed by Chief Charles Werner. DRONERESPONDERS is an official non-profit scheme. Its members benefit from research and information that make their assignments with uncrewed aviation systems even more successful free of charge.
