The future of autonomous systems calls for thought leaders – this is precisely why Europe’s leading trade fair XPONENTIAL Europe 2026 invites experts from industry, research, the public sector and associations to help shape the conference agenda. The Call for Presentations is open with immediate effect and closes on 29 August 2025. Wanted are forward-looking ideas, use cases and research results from all segments of uncrewed systems, robotics and connected technologies.
The XPONENTIAL Europe Conference, held concurrently with the trade fair of the same name in Düsseldorf from 24 to 26 March 2026, forms the core content of this the leading European event for uncrewed systems, autonomous technologies and robotics.
Technical presentations in English can be submitted on developments, applications or strategies in one of the following seven subject areas:
- Technical research and platform development
- Components and materials
- Implementation for end users
- Policies and regulation
- Supporting infrastructure and operation
- National security
- Public safety and disaster relief
The XPONENTIAL Europe Conference aims to bring together current challenges, technology developments and regulatory perspectives from practice and research. The presentations will be delivered both in the conference area and in the Innovation Theater in Hall 1 – amidst exhibition activities. The sessions are designed to cover air, land, water and aerospace technologies to the same extent and address a broad-based professional audience – from start-ups to authority representatives to OEMs and system developers.
Those who speak are heard
After the successful debut edition in February 2025 with over 4,300 trade visitors, 189 exhibitors from 33 nations and renowned speakers from the likes of Amazon Prime Air, MIT and EASA, XPONENTIAL Europe already became established as a central stage for the autonomous tech sector with its launch. For 2026 a strong international attendance from over 65 countries is expected.

In addition to the leading international industry association AUVSI, Europe’s most important Industry Association for Unmanned Aviation UAV DACH will again partner with XPONENTIAL Europe. Both organisations will actively contribute their expertise to the Conference and trade fair.
