STAND COST CALCULATOR

Calculate the costs for your stand space easy and comfortable with the XPONENTIAL Europe Stand Cost Calculator. Please note that other chargeable services are not included in the floor space calculation (electricity, cleaning, etc.).

Simply enter the desired stand space and have the costs displayed quickly and clearly.

The regular minimum stand space is 12 m². Smaller areas are possible only if they become available during hall planning. Space will be provided in units of a square metre. Part of a square metre will be charged as a full unit. In computing the charge for space that is not rectangular, the area making up a rectangle will be included. Projections, pillars, columns and space for installation connections will all be included in space costs.

* Media Fee

The media fee rate to be paid by each exhibitor is used for the publication of exhibitor data in the electronic media and possibly other media as well as the use of the event's website by the exhibitors. The contents of the media fee rate are specified in the OOS.

** Technical Prepayment

New exhibitors who have not participated in the last event will pay € 20.00/m² in advance. This will be settled after the event with the actual services ordered.

*** Waste-disposal fee

maximum € 1,350.00 for areas larger than 499 m²

Please notice:

The media-flat rate to be paid by every exhibitor serves the publishing of the exhibitor data in the electronic media and possibly other media along with use of the event’s Internet page by the exhibitors. An additional charge of € 0.60 per sqm is levied as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).

The energy fee to be paid by every exhibitor is charged on top of the costs for electricity and other (technical) services to be borne by exhibitors for operating their exhibition stands and independent of consumption.

The system stand construction includes:

Floor covering, construction system, ceiling, lighting, electrics (excluding electricity consumption), furnishings (1 table, 4 chairs, 1 coat rack, 1 waste basket), assembly and completion on the agreed date/dismantling after the event/pre-cleaning before the event, logo on request, graphics (lettering with company name with a maximum of 15 letters).
