Your presentation submission for the XPONENTIAL Europe Conference 2026
Do you have expertise in one or more of the topics listed above? Are you an industry expert, from a research institution, an exhibitor, a specialist publisher, from the government or military or from a related association/organization? Then become part of the conference program.
We invite you to submit your proposal if your expertise is in any of the above-mentioned topics. The XPONENTIAL Europe conference allows you to showcase your talent, vision and expertise within the industry. A panel of industry experts will select the most relevant and innovative contributions for inclusion in the program.
The Call for Presentation submission shall address one of the seven topics mentioned above.
The submission of an entry is no guarantee of its acceptance. Messe Düsseldorf/AUVSI reserves the right to select relevant presentations with the support of an expert review committee.
The submissions must be expert presentations and may not be used for product or service advertising.
Presentation language is English.

Accepted proposals should be notified in mid October 2025.
