Be part of the XPONENTIAL Europe Conference

If you’re an expert in uncrewed systems, robotics or highly automated technologies – whether from industry, research, public sector or associations – we welcome your presentation proposal.

We are seeking English-language expert presentations that offer insights, strategies or real-world solutions within the following focus areas:

• Technical Research & Platform Development
• Components, Materials & Propulsion
• Implementation for End Users
• Policy & Regulatory
• Supporting Infrastructure & Operations
• National Security
• Public Safety & Emergency Response

Presentation proposals can be submitted until 29 August2025.
All submissions will be reviewed by an expert panel. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out mid October 2025.

Please note: Submissions must be non-commercial, technically sound, and presented in English.

Conditions of Participation

1. The proposal must address one of the seven listed topic areas.
2. The submission of an entry is no guarantee of its acceptance. Proposals are subject to review by Messe Düsseldorf and AUVSI in consultation with an expert committee.
3. Presentations must be educational in nature and not promotional.
4. Presentation language is English.
5. Deadline for submissions: 29 August 2025
6. Notifications will be sent mid October 2025
